Our exclusive and family-run apartment for 4 to 8 people, with views over the roofs of Vorderglemm, is perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation.

Our guests appreciate both the spacious modern eat-in kitchen and the three high-quality furnished bedrooms, each with shower/WC and flat screen TV, as well as the top location, directly at the entrance to Saalbach.

• 95 m² of living area with great attention to detail.
• Arrive and lean back: Drink a fresh cup of coffee from your fully automatic coffee machine with already refilled coffee beans or just a hot cup of tea from selected tea varieties freely according to your taste as soon as you arrive.
• The fully equipped and modern eat-in kitchen with 10 m² balcony including panoramic view and big flatscreen TV invites you to spend quality time with your entire family. All you could wish for is present: A big kitchen unit with ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee  machine, fridge, an electric kettle, toaster and of course plenty of dishes and cutlery are at your disposal.
• Our luxuriously furnished and newly renovated bedrooms are equipped with shower/WC and TV flatscreen.
  The family room (four-bed room) consits of two double beds and a bunk bed as well as a comfortable sofa on which you can just kick up your feet and relax.
• NEW in the family room: Infrared cabin with colored light therapy!
  Enjoy the gentle deep heat after a cold winter day.
  For tension and joint pain, relief occurs in a few minutes.
  Similar to the sun’s rays, infrared radiation causes a release of endorphins (happiness hormones) and thus has a relaxing effect on body, mind and soul. Furthermore, sweating in the cabin eliminates toxins, stimulates blood circulation and revs up the metabolism.
  Of course, you can also simply enjoy your personal feel-good time alone or as a couple in the cabin and listen to your favorite music via USB connection.
• Fresh bedding promises a restful sleep.
• Enjoy a hot shower after a cold winter day in one of our freshly renovated bathrooms. Every single one is equipped with a towel warmer and soft and cuddly towels.
• The eat-in kitchen, the family room and one double room are located on the first floor and a second double room is located on the ground floor.
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire house is available .
• Our newly renovated ski room comes with a modern boot dryer which will make your wet shoes warm and comfortable again in no time.
• NEW: Order your breakfast buffet easily online and start the day strengthened. Until 8 pm you can order rolls as well as sausage, cheese, jam, butter, juice, dairy products and many more breakfast extras for the following day!
• Naturally ample parking space is provided right in front of our house for free.
• You wonder why we have trees, more precisely alders, in the rooms? Alder trees not only contribute to a pleasant indoor climate, but also support you on all levels of body, mind and soul. Alder gives us energy and vitality and helps us to relax. Our trees are debarked and dried and therefore suitable for alergics.
• Grander water

Holidays with sustainability

Living sustainably and economically is easier than many people think!

That’s why we have made it our mission to pay more attention to our ecological footprint. In this way, we not only make the environment a little happier, but also our guests.

• Ideal location: Our central location makes it possible to reach the entire infrastructure such as gondola lift, restaurants, ski hire, ski school, bakery, hiking and motorised trails, bus stop and much more on foot, which reduces dependence on the car.
• Green electricity thanks to our new photovoltaic system on the roof
• We use environmentally friendly toilet paper
• Waste separation is a matter of course for us
• Complete switch to LED lighting
• The products we use to clean our flat and the detergents we use to wash your laundry also contain only natural substances. Without any chemicals or toxic substances.

Our house is located on a hillside over the rooftops of Vorderglemm, secluded from traffic, hubbub and noise. We rent out an appartement for 4 to 8 persons. You can enjoy the silence and won’t be disturbed by any other guests either.

Just a few minutes by foot you will find the Schönleiten cablecar, where you can directly enter the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. From here you can reach probably the most beautiful panoramic mountain in the entire valley. You will also find excellent restaurants, Bakery, Après-Ski Bars, ski rentals, and skiing schools within short walking reach.
Would you like to walk the few minutes to the valley station comfortably with your street shoes? No problem, directly at the valley station there is a ski depot where you can leave your skis and ski boots.

For those who are skiing for the first time or would like to slowly feel their way around again, they can use the free magic carpet (conveyor belt) directly at the valley station of the Schönleiten cable car. New courses and gates are set here every day so that even the little ones can learn to ski in a playful way.

If the snow condition allows it you can ski almost to our front door.

Around the house there is enough space for children to frollick through the snow to their hearts content.

The city center of Saalbach is only three kilometers away and can be reached by the skiing bus for free. Even during the evening the “Nightliner” bus can be used to get there for a small fee. The next bus stop is just 50 meters away from our appartement.

In summer the nearest cable car is about 2 km from the house. You start with the Kohlmaisbahn or with the Schattbergexpress to the summit and can hike from here back down to our house. Of course you can also start your hike directly in front of the house to the Sonnseitpromenade or Saalachpromenade.  The JOKER CARD is the trump card for the perfect summer vacation and is included in the price. Numerous services such as the unlimited use of up to 6 gondola lifts in Saalbach Hinterglemm are available to you free of charge in summer.
